Proud Sponsor of the Top Wrench Competition
In Knoxville each year more than 20 high schools come together to let their students compete in the Top Wrench Competition. Top Wrench is a 501(c)3 non-profit drug-free vocational program developed for high school students as an introduction to team building and basic technical skills as they prepare for careers in the automotive field. Since the first competition took place in 1991, thousands of vocational students have been positively influenced by this program.
Top Wrench Competitions are held yearly in Knoxville, TN. Students showcase their automotive repair, wheel changing, welding and custom paint skills through 6 different challenges. Cash prizes and scholarships are awarded to winning teams! The owner of Boatman Automotive Restoration and Repair, Kenny Boatman, also volunteers his time to serve as the President and a Board of Directors Member of this 501c3 non-profit organization.
